Goodbye RL it was nice while it lasted!

So we finally owned this guy after last week’s miserable attempts, we did find an unnatural side effect of engaging Festergut though, I couldn’t stay off the crapper all night, and Thor raced off too there right after!

Oh yah we killed that new VOA boss too.   Hurray for Rogue Loots!! (note: we don’t have any rogues that raid in our guild)

This doesn’t quite tell the whole tale, but its still kind of cool to see it all, the storyline starts in Warcraft 3 where he slays his father.

So it’s a typical night of random’s and dungeons for Gornn and his buddies. (Spam, Photosynth, Sarlexis and random shitty PUG).  We’re going along and obliterating everything as normal, Photosynth is lagging behind a bit on heals, which is acceptable seeing as how its Kaleena’s alt and he’s not geared to-the-tits like we all are.  (Plus we all know Kaleena’s not very good at healing to begin with)

And for the first time ever we go ahead and wipe in Halls of Reflection on the final get-away from the Lich King, this is a first time for me on this, because, well, I’m pretty much awesome.  But it’s all in good fun since I’m with friends, although I couldn’t help making a jab at Spam and Lex saying how “This group isn’t even worth my vigilance.” Which sparks a lovely conversation between me and Spam where he lectures me on how its “free to cast” and “there’s no reason not to”  blah blah blah.  Anyways he figures we could have maybe pulled that attempt out of the fire had I been using Vigilance on himself or Sarlexis.  (possibly true, too late to tell now )

So we start up the final retreat from the Lich King again, the first thing our PUG mentions is “You know you can just hide behind him.” To which we all blatantly ignore him and continue on our way knowing that we’re not just a bunch of scrubs.

So a few fights in Spam says “So did you vigilance anyone yet?”

To which I reply “NOPE!” with a big grin on my face, knowing full well the Spamburger reaction I was going to get.

So a few seconds after he berates me a bit, I put Vigilance on the only one worth getting it…
